What if I don't like the food ?
Most probably there will be certain foods that you might not like, but you don't need to eat what you don't like as you will know the 5 Golden rules to Burn Fat. You will have options and you will only eat what do you like.
Will I burn fat from this program?
The main goal of this program is to teach you how to make healthier choices, how to eat the MACROS and to have them on the right amount on your plate. How to listen and understand your body signals. So from this you should burn fat, but we are all different and it depends on your individuallity and daily options. But one of the goals is to burn fat.
How long do I need to stay in this program?
This program lasts for 12 weeks because our body usually takes 12 weeks to change, that's why it's build based on that. You can try it for FREE during 7 days and then you decide to keep going or not.

How do I know the right amount of food for me?
Since we are all different this program can´t give personal amounts of food but you will learn what's the right amount of food for you by listenning the 5 golden rules to Burn Fat.
What if I'm intolerante or alergic to some foods?
Of course you won't eat them, you will have other options, but has to be you that knows what's not good for you. If you have a lot of alergies or intolerances you should seek for individual help.
Do I need to follow the plan 100%?
The goal is to give you guidance and as much options as possible for each meal, but if you follow the options for each meal, like what can you eat for breakfast, lunch etc, you don't need to eat exaclty what´s mentioned for every single day. Everything is explained and how to take the best of this program for your best results.
Do I need to eat exaclty at those timings?
No, you will adjust it to you, to your daily life, you just neeed to take in consideration your body signals, as you will learn them on the 5 GOLDEN RULES to burn fat and then you adapt into your life, mainly the last meal should be around 3 hours before sleeping, less quantity, and a lighter meal.
